New Beginning

With a strong foundation already laid down by Kodee and Egghart Consulting, we will continue to make education of employees in the casino as our top priority.  Thus, with advancements in technology as well as the health and safety concerns due to recent unexpected changes of the environment, we decided to create our new E-learning system, Egghart LMS.

Without the right training, it’s near impossible to reach the full potential of your employees and your company. Especially in the casino industry, training is not only a critical management tool but also a compliance requirement.  With more than a decade of experience in training casino employees on different casino industry topics, we wanted to share that experience and launch a new e-learning platform to assist your trainers and compliance officers. You can use your own training materials on our platform, or you have the option to choose pre-made training materials from our course catalog.  Either way, you deliver the first-class training experience to your employees in a safe environment, accessible anywhere, anytime with any device.
